I am a September baby... so I love September! I love the return to routine as the kids go back to school, I love the just-right temperature and I love love love the evening sunsets and the fabulous lighting they can produce for portrait sessions!

Well, to celebrate my birth month approaching, I am giving a special gift to all the brand new little people who are going to share this birth month with me... please feel free to share this info with anyone you know expecting in September. :-) (But hurry... because of the unpredictable nature of baby arrivals, I can only reserve a limited number of Newborn sessions in a month, to accommodate this date juggling.)

I was really excited to see these little men again! You may recall that I visited them in the NICU, a month ago, after they had decided to make a very early entrance. Well, at the grand old age of 5 weeks, they are doing fantastically well, and were finally able to pop in for their official Newborn Session. Of course, they brought their fabulous family along... which included an equally-cute 2 year-old big brother, who took the prize for the best behaved toddler to ever visit the studio! Enjoy these highlights from our session...

I had the great pleasure of meeting this little muffin's Mom a few weeks ago, when she totally rocked her Maternity Session, so I was pretty excited to meet the little person within. She did not disappoint. Not only was she very well behaved, but I think she took the prize for the happiest newborn to ever visit the studio - newborn smiles are usually pretty elusive but she had plenty for us, and was not shy about sharing them!

I was not supposed to meet these 2 little men until mid-late July (and that was already taking into account that, as twins, they would arrive before their due date anyway), but they were extremely keen to meet their family and arrived even earlier.

Well, not wanting this family to miss out on any special moments, I was more than happy to pay them a visit in the NICU for a special lifestyle session, a couple of weeks ago... and they were already getting very strong and impressing the staff with their fantastic progress. I am so excited to see how much they have changed when they visit the studio next week, for their official Newborn Session...

A little warning for all my newborn parents... cherish every moment of your little people being little, because before you know it, they grow up and turn into stunning young people like this gorgeous Grad and head off into the world! Here is just a little taster of my recent session with the beautiful Sarah as she celebrates a well-deserved graduation - congratulations, Sarah!
